Ian Cohen

Ian is a leader in financial technology businesses. He serves on the board and is an advisor to multiple FinTech companies. Prior to Apomaya, he was the General Manager and Chief Product Officer at Experian Consumer Services, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of Credit.com.

Andrew Robinson

Andrew is a respected and influential leader, bringing deep security, engineering, operations, architect, and business development experience to successful programs at tech startups and established brands alike. He has held C-level and Senior VP roles at AudienceScience, Blue Coat, ZillionTV, Netli, Akamai and Telocity, among others. While at Telocity, Andrew helped take the company to a Series C funding of $127.7 million, and to an eventual IPO valuation of $1.4 billion.

Alexei Tumarkin

Alexei is a seasoned internet technologist, with extensive experience in both corporate and academic realms. At Apomaya, Alexei leads technological innovation and operations strategy and execution. He is a recognized leader of internet technologies, such as mobile internet, media delivery, and next-generation CDN technologies. Alexei has held CTO, Chief Architect, VP and Director roles at Cisco, Ericsson, ChinaCache, Netli and CDNetworks; as well as research roles at UC Santa Barbara and other universities.

Michael Talyansky

Michael is a highly experienced technologist, previously having worked at AT&T Labs, Silicon Graphics, Cisco, ChinaCache, Ericsson, and a multitude of Silicon Valley startups.

Joe Saul

Joe played a key role in implementing the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules for the University of Michigan Health System before joining the Healthcare Business of Thomson Reuters (subsequently Truven Health Analytics) as its Chief Security Officer. Following Truven’s acquisition by IBM for their Watson Health unit, Joe oversaw the safe transition of the data into the larger IBM entity and shifted his primary focus to privacy. Joe has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, as well as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications.
